Ingredients
  

  • Minyak untuk menumis

Bahan

  • 250 gr Ayam Fillet
  • 3 butir Telur
  • 1 buah bawang bombay

Sauce

  • 2 sdm Kecap asin Kikkoman / shoyu
  • 1/2 sdm Gula pasir
  • 1 sdt Kaldu jamur
  • 1/2 gelas Air

Instructions
 

  • Iris bawang bombay, potong ayam kotak-kotak.
  • Kocok 2 butir telur terlebih dahulu.
  • Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang bombay hingga harum. Lalu masukkan ayam, masukkan saus..
  • Masak hingga setengah matang.
  • Masukkan kocokan 2 butir telur tadi. Masak hingga matang.
  • Kocok 1 butir telur sisanya, lalu masukan. Jangan di aduk, tutup wajan supaya telur bs matang.
  • Sajikan diatas nasi panas. Bisa diberi topping taburan rumput laut.
