Resep Pudding Es Teler - Jajanuel Surabaya

Gara2 abis panen nangka, jadi mikir olahan nangka apa yang bisa dibuat dirumah.. Supaya nangka dikulkas segera lenyap..😂
Lalu kepikiran es teler, tapi versi pudding.. Hunting2 resep, ternyata sudah banyak yang bikin juga..
Ngecek di rumah ada alpukat, kelapa, ya sudah langsung eksekusi deh waktu anak tidur siang tadi..😋
Akhirnya bisa masuk didapur lagi..

Ingredients
  

Lapisan Nangka

  • 1 sachet nutrijel plain
  • 250 gram Nangka dipogong dadu kecil

Lapisan Susu

  • 1 sachet Agar-agar instan plain
  • 700 ml Susu UHT
  • 3 sdm Susu Kental Manis
  • 1 sdt Garam
  • 3 sdm Gula Pasir

Lapisan Kelapa

  • 250 gram Degan Daging kelapa diparut
  • 1 sachet Nutrijel Kelapa

Lapisan Alpukat

  • 250 gram Alpukat satu buah alpukat sedang
  • 600 ml Susu UHT
  • 1 sachet Agar-agar instan plain
  • 4 sdm Gula Pasir

Instructions
 

Lapisan Nangka

  • Masak lapisan Nangka sesuai petunjuk di sachet Nutrijel plain
    250 gram Nangka
  • Tuang setengah Larutan Nutrijel ke cetakan
  • Tunggu supaya agak dingin, tuangkan sisa larutan Nutrijel
  • Tunggu hingga keras

Lapisan Susu

  • Campur semua bahan lapisan susu
    700 ml Susu UHT, 3 sdm Susu Kental Manis, 1 sdt Garam, 3 sdm Gula Pasir
  • Masak hingga mendidih, jangan dibiarkan mendidih lama
  • Cicipi rasanya, jika kurang manis tambahkan gula atau kental manis
  • Tuang semua ke cetakan
  • Tunggu hingga keras

Lapisan Kelapa

  • Masak Nutrijel Kelapa sesuai instruksi di sachet
  • Tuang setengah larutan Nutrijel ke cetakan
  • Tunggu hingga agak keras, masukkan daging kelapa
  • Tuang sisa larutan Nutrijel
  • Tunggu hingga keras

Lapisan Alpukat

  • Blender alpukat dengan susu cair sebanyak 150ml hingga halus
  • Masak sisa susu dengan agar-agar dan gula hingga mendidih
  • Matikan api, cicipi rasanya, jika kurang manis, tambahkan gula.
  • Tuang jus alpukat ke agar-agar yang sudah mendidih, aduk rata.
  • Tuang agar-agar Alpukat ke cetakan. Saring jika ingin agar-agar alpukat terasa lembut.

Dinginkan

  • Masukkan kulkas agar menjadi dingin dan lebih nikmat.

Jangan rebus alpukat. Jika alpukat direbus akan menjadi pahit.
