Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram Buncis potong sesuai selera
  • 4 sdm Tepung terigu
  • 7 sdm tepung crispy serbaguna
  • 7 sdm Air Matang
  • 5 siung Bawang putih cacah
  • 3 pc Cabe rawit
  • Garam
  • 1 sdt Gula
  • Lada
  • Minyak goreng

Instructions
 

  • Lumuri buncis dengan adonan tepung terigu.
    200 gram Buncis, 4 sdm Tepung terigu, 7 sdm Air Matang, 7 sdm tepung crispy serbaguna
  • Masukkan buncis ke campuran tepung terigu dan air, lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan. Tiriskan
    Minyak goreng
  • Tumis bawang putih dan cabe hingga bawang berubah kecoklatan.
    5 siung Bawang putih, 3 pc Cabe rawit
  • Bumbui dengan gula, garam, lada.
    Garam, 1 sdt Gula, Lada
  • Masukkan buncis goreng tadi. Aduk rata. Koreksi rasa.
