Ingredients
  

  • 250 gr Daging cincang
  • 2 butir telur ayam
  • 1 bungkus Tofu
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 3 siung bawang merah
  • 1 batang Daun Bawang
  • Garam
  • Gula
  • Saus Raja Rasa
  • 300 ml Air Matang

Instructions
 

  • Kocok telur + 1sdm saus raja rasa
    Daging cincang, telur, tofu, daun bawang
  • Tumis bawang putih + bawang merah hingga harum, masukkan air matang.
  • Masukkan daging giling, hingga setengah matang. Masukkan kocokan telur secara merata.
  • Tunggu hingga semuanya matang, masukkan TOFU yang sudah dipotong kecil2 sesuai selera.
  • Berikan bumbu (gula, garam, saus raja rasa. Koreksi rasa.
  • Masukkan daun bawang yang sudaj dipotong tipis2..
  • Siap sajikan
