  • Blender

Ingredients
  

Lapisan lumut

  • 14 lembar Daun pandan blender dengan 200ml air, lalu disaring
  • 2 sachet Agar-agar instan plain
  • 1250 ml Air
  • 200 ml Santan instan
  • 3 butir Telur Ayam kocok dahulu
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Gula secukupnya

Lapisan Putih

  • 2 sachet Agar-agar instan plain
  • 2 sachet Susu Kental Manis
  • 1 liter Air
  • Gula secukupnya

Instructions
 

Lapisan Lumut

  • Campur semua bahan.
  • Panaskan dengan api sedang.
  • Aduk terus hingga mulai terbentuk gumpalan2 / hingga mendidih, matikan.
  • Tuang ke cetakan.

Lapisan Putih

  • Campur semua bahan
  • Panaskan dengan api sedang dan sesekali di aduk.
  • Matikan api jika telah mendidih.
  • Tuang ke cetakan pudding lumut tadi perlahan lahan.. PASTIKAN pudding lumut sudah agak keras supaya tidak tercampur jadi satu.. ????????
  • Tunggu agak dingin, lalu masukkan ke kulkas..
