Ingredients
  

  • 2 Butir Telur Ayam
  • 8 Ekor Udang Kupas Kecil
  • 2 Lembar Jamur Kuping
  • 2 Siung Bawang Putih
  • 2 Batang Daun Bawang
  • 200 ml Susu UHT
  • Garam
  • Gula
  • Saos Raja Rasa
  • Lada Putih

Instructions
 

  • Kocok telur + susu.
    2 Butir Telur Ayam, 200 ml Susu UHT
    Bahan nasi siram udang telur di atas piring
  • Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukan udang kupang yang sudah d potong2. Beri bumbu, tumis hingga udang berubah warna.
    8 Ekor Udang Kupas Kecil, 2 Siung Bawang Putih, Garam, Gula, Saos Raja Rasa, Lada Putih
  • Masukkan jamur kuping + daun bawang. Tumis sebentar, lalu masukkan kocokan telur + susu.
    2 Lembar Jamur Kuping, 2 Batang Daun Bawang
  • Aduk perlahan. Masak hingga telur matang
  • Sajikan di atas nasi panas..
