Ingredients
  

  • 1 pcs Tofu
  • 1 pack Jamur shimeji
  • 2 ikat Sayur hijau baby kailan /pokcoy / sawi / dll sesuai selera
  • 3 siung Bawang putih cacah kasar
  • 2-3 sdm Maizena
  • 1 sdm Saus tiram
  • 1 sdm Saos raja rasa
  • 150 ml Air Matang
  • Garam sejumput
  • Merica sejumput

Instructions
 

  • Potong tofu (jangan terlalu tipis), lumuri dengan tepung maizena.
    1 pcs Tofu, 2-3 sdm Maizena
  • Goreng tofu dengan minyak panas hingga kecoklatan, lalu tiriskan.
  • Cuci bersih sayur. Lalu rebus 2 menit denganair matang + sejumput garam. Lalu tiriskan.
    Garam, 2 ikat Sayur hijau
  • Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan air + jamur shimeji yang sudah di cuci dan dipotong bonggolnya. lalu masukkan saus tiram, saos raja rasa. koreksi rasa.
    1 pack Jamur shimeji, 3 siung Bawang putih, 1 sdm Saus tiram, 1 sdm Saos raja rasa, Merica, 150 ml Air Matang
  • Kalau sudah pas, masukan larutan maizena (1sdm maizena + air sedikit).
    2-3 sdm Maizena
  • Tunggu hingga mendidih.
  • Tata di piring, sayur di paling bawah lalu tofu goreng, lalu siram dengan kuah shimeji.
