Ingredients
  

Marinasi

  • 250 gr Udang vaname kupas
  • ½ sdt Garlic powder
  • ½ sdt Garam
  • ½ sdt Minyak wijen
  • ¼ sdt Lada
  • 1 Putih telur
  • 50 gr Tepung maizena

Coating

  • 200 gr Tepung maizena
  • 2 sdm Tepung beras

Saus Mayonaise

  • 100 gr Mayonaise
  • 1 sdm Susu kental manis
  • 1 sdm perasan jeruk nipis
  • 1 sdm Madu
  • ½ sdt garam

Garnish

  • Wijen putih sangrai

Instructions
 

  • Bilas udang kupas, belah dari bagian punggung hingga hampir putus agar udang melebar saat digoreng
    250 gr Udang vaname
  • Marinasi semua bahan, diamkan 15-30menit
    ½ sdt Garlic powder, ½ sdt Garam, ½ sdt Minyak wijen, ¼ sdt Lada, 1 Putih telur, 50 gr Tepung maizena
  • Balur udang dengan bahan coating.
    200 gr Tepung maizena, 2 sdm Tepung beras
  • Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah benar-benar panas. Goreng hingga kecokalatan (kurang lebih 5 menit).
  • Angkat dan tiriskan.

Bumbu Mayonaise

  • Campur semua bahan aduk rata.. test rasa. Jika sudah cocok langsung tuang dalam baskom bersama udang yang sudah digoreng. Aduk rata.
    100 gr Mayonaise, 1 sdm Susu kental manis, 1 sdm perasan jeruk nipis, 1 sdm Madu, ½ sdt garam
  • sajikan dengan taburan wijen sangrai.
    Wijen putih sangrai
