Ingredients
  

  • 350 gram Dada ayam
  • 3 butir Telur rebus kupas
  • 3 siung Bawang putih cacah halus
  • 2 sdm Kecap manis
  • 1 sdm Kecap asin
  • 1 sdt Saos raja rasa
  • 1/4 sdt Merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sdt Garam

Gorengan Udang

  • 150 gr Udang kupas
  • 1 sdt Saus tiram
  • 1/2 sdt Garam
  • 1/4 sdt Merica bubuk
  • 3 sdm Tepung sagu
  • 1 butir Kuning telur

Kuah Kaldu

  • 1 liter Air kaldu dari rebusan ayam
  • 2 siung Bawang putih geprek
  • 1 batang Seledri simpulkan
  • 1/2 sdm Garam
  • 1/4 sdt Merica

Instructions
 

  • Rebus ayam hingga lunak, tiriskan, potong kotak kecil2.
    350 gram Dada ayam
  • Tumis harum bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan air (aku pake air rebusan ayam tadi), telur, dan semua bumbu. Masak hingga bumbu meresap ke ayam dan air menyusut. Matikan Api.
    3 butir Telur rebus, 3 siung Bawang putih, 2 sdm Kecap manis, 1 sdm Kecap asin, 1 sdt Saos raja rasa, 1/2 sdt Garam, 1/4 sdt Merica bubuk

Gorengan Udang

  • Cincang udang (aku uleg udangnya) dengan semua bahan lainnya, aduk rata.
    1/4 sdt Merica bubuk, 1/2 sdt Garam, 150 gr Udang kupas, 1 sdt Saus tiram, 3 sdm Tepung sagu, 1 butir Kuning telur
  • Panaskan minyak agak banyak, goreng adonan udang sedikit demi sedikit hingga matang.

Kuah Kaldu

  • Campur semua bahan, masak hingga mendidih, koreksi rasa. Sajikan.
    1 liter Air kaldu, 2 siung Bawang putih, 1 batang Seledri, 1/2 sdm Garam, 1/4 sdt Merica
