Ingredients
  

Bola Daging

  • 350 gram Daging giling sapi
  • 2 sdm Tepung roti
  • 1 butir Telur ayam
  • 1 sdt Gula pasir
  • 1 sdt Garam
  • 1 sdm Kecap manis
  • Merica secukupnya
  • Mentega untuk menggoreng
  • ~ isi : telur puyuh / keju / selera

Saus

  • 2 buah Tomat
  • 5 siung Bawang merah
  • 3 siung Bawang putih
  • 3 sdm Saus tomat
  • Gula
  • Kecap Manis
  • Pala

Instructions
 

  • Campur daging giling, telur, tepung roti, gula, garam, kecap manis, merica.. Aduk rata.
  • Bentuk bulatan isi sesuai selera.
  • Goreng dengan mentega hingga kecoklatan.
  • Tiriskan.
  • Tumis bawang merah + bawang putih di mentega bekas bola daging hingga harum.
  • Masukkan air, tomat yang sudah dipotong2, saus tomat, dan bumbu2 lainnya..
  • Koreksi rasa, lalu masukkan bola daging yang sudah d goreng.
