Ingredients
  

  • 150 gr Kacang hijau
  • 75 gr gula pasir
  • 0.5 sdt garam
  • 2 cm jahe digeprek
  • 1 lembar daun pandan
  • 1500 ml air matang

Instructions
 

  • cuci bersih kacang hijau.
  • kupas jahe dan geprek (pukul).
  • cuci bersih pandan dan buat simpul.
  • masukkan semua (kacang hijau, jahe geprek, daun pandan, gula, air, garam) ke dalam panci slow cooker, lalu setting yg high.
  • biarkan saja beberapa jam hingga kacang hijau matang.
