Ingredients
  

  • 200 gr Fillet Ayam Dada / Paha
  • 4 Batang Daun Bawang
  • 9 Siung bawang putih
  • 1,5 sdt Garam
  • 1 sdm Saos raja rasa
  • 2 sdm Kecap asin
  • 3 cm Jahe digeprek
  • 850 ml Air
  • 300 gr Beras

Instructions
 

  • Geprek Jahe, Potong Bawang Putih, Potong Daun Bawang. Masukkan semuanya ke dalam tempat rice cooker. Tambahkan fillet ayam + garam + saos raja rasa.
    Bahan nasi tim ayam, ayam, jahe, daun bawang
  • Tekan "COOK" (masak hingga matang).
  • Angkat ayam dan sisihkan semangkok kecil kuahnya.
  • Masukkan beras yg sudah dicuci bersih dan tekan "COOK" lagi (Masak nasi seperti biasa)
  • Potong ayam, sajikan d atas nasi yang sudah matang itu dan nikmati dengan kuah yang tadi disisihkan.. Kalau suka, bisa ditambahkan taburan bawang goreng.. .
