Ingredients
  

  • 1,3 kg Daging babi bagian perut

Bumbu A

  • 4 siung bawang putih haluskan
  • 1 sdm garam
  • 1 sdt Ngohiong bubuk
  • 1/2 sdm angciu

Bumbu B

  • 1 sdm Cuka masak
  • 100 gr garam

Instructions
 

  • Campur bumbu A, aduk hingga rata
    4 siung bawang putih, 1 sdm garam, 1 sdt Ngohiong bubuk, 1/2 sdm angciu
  • Didihkan air, masukkan daging, rebus kurang lebih 5menit, tiriskan.
    1,3 kg Daging babi
  • Tusuk-tusuk bagian kulit dengan garpu (pastikan tidak ada bagian yang terlewat)
  • Balik daging, lap bagian daging menggunakan tisu dapur hingga kering. Balur dengan bumbu A hingga rata.
  • Letakkan di rak kawat, bagian kulit di atas, oles bagian kulit dengan cuka hingga rata, beri garam.
    100 gr garam, 1 sdm Cuka masak
  • Oven daging kurang lebih 50menit. Lepas lapisan garam. Lanjutkan oven selama kurang lebih 60-90menit. Biarkan sampe terbentuk lapisan kriukk, lalu sesekali boleh dibalik supaya matang merata. Sy pake suhu 170°C api atas bawah, sesuikan oven masing2 saja, krn beda oven beda penanganan
